Scope

These Terms govern use of the official Eda Zari website, including its music, editorial, press, video and archival areas. External streaming, ticketing, marketplace and social platforms are independent services and their own terms apply there.

Information and archives

We aim to keep dates, credits, biographies, availability and archival information accurate. Historical sources and third-party catalogues can conflict or change.

Intellectual property

Compositions, lyrics, recordings, performances, photographs, artwork, films, interviews and archival documents may have different rightsholders. Credits and display on this site do not transfer rights.

Permitted use

Visitors may access and link to public pages for lawful purposes. Statutory copyright exceptions and limitations remain unaffected.

Permission required

Except where law or a licence permits it, protected material may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, commercially exploited or made publicly available without authorization from the relevant rightsholder.

Automated access

Automated access must not impair the service, bypass security, falsely imply endorsement or create unauthorized commercial copies. Applicable statutory text-and-data-mining rights remain unaffected.

Applicable law

German law applies to the extent legally permissible. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
